What is your current state of mind?
Motivated and driven. I have developed an undying passion to help others attain true health and wellness, this will involve me becoming an expert in my field and developing a way to help people. So each day I rise early and begin to work towards my dreams of helping millions improve their health.
What I am doing now to earn my daily bread and how to connect with me.
I currently work construction during the day and Bartend in the evenings, while working to launch my fitness company. Keeps me busy, with each day bringing me closer to my dreams. You can find me on Instagram @chris.riehle
First introduction to the great outdoors?
Trips to beautiful cottage country in Northern Ontario
What is your idea of perfect happiness?
Perfect happiness to me comes from acceptance, realizing that the world we live in and the lives we live will never be perfect. Learn to be grateful for everything you have and every opportunity you are given, then each day can be lived with perfect happiness and if something tests that happiness then change it! You are in control!
What do you consider your greatest achievement?
My greatest achievements have been overcoming my anxiety and insecurities. I suffered from bad anxiety that stopped me from doing a lot of things in my life and made me feel absolutely terrible about myself. Through my fitness and health journey I have grown a lot and have been able to overcome that, allowing me to live a life that I desire!
What is your greatest fear?
Heights, big time! Since I have moved the mountains I have been working hard to overcome this fear and would say I have come a long way.
What is your greatest regret?
Not following my dreams earlier in my life, going forward I will only work in a path that brings me closer to my dreams
What do you do and where do you go to find peace
My sanctuary of peace is the Gym… Whenever I find myself stressed or upset I head there. I love to train heavy and intense leaving every ounce of energy and sweat behind. When emerging from the workout I always feel refreshed and ready to take on life’s challenges.
When your Inner Cowboy is unleashed, who do you become?
Walt Longmire, a Cowboy Sheriff fighting for what is right and to always protect the people.
What’s your favourite thing to cook on a campfire?
Sausages, always taste better from an open flame.
What’s your favourite wild animal and why?
Wolves, they are relentless and strong yet beautiful creatures. I consider myself as a Lone Wolf, striving to fulfill his purpose on this planet.
What’s been your wild place in Canada?
Canmore, Alberta. I had visited a few times when I was younger and always imagined myself living in such a beautiful place, so after losing my job and girlfriend at the time I packed my bags leaving Toronto behind and heading for the mountains!
Which living person do you most admire?
My mother, she has worked so hard as a single parent to support her two boys, always ensuring we are happy.
Who are your heroes in real life?
I do not have hero’s but rather people that inspire me to do better and help make the world a better place! We are all heros’ with lots of untapped potential, find your inner hero.
What is the quality you most like in a man?
A man is only as good as his word, I live by this
What is the quality you most like in a woman?
Ambition and drive to achieve their dreams and goals.
What is your most treasured possession?
My family, I would be willing to lose everything as long as I had them.
Passions
Health and Fitness, Mountain Biking, Snowboarding, Wakeboarding, self education, fast cars (even though I currently have a practical SUV) and of course coffee!

Letting your thoughts take control of your life and stop you from achieving your dreams.
